This appointment is to get to know you and address your health concerns. There will be a detailed health assessment and discussion. Physical examinations, treatment strategies, and relevant lab testing will be discussed. Dr. Conway, ND does Initial Telehealth Virtual appointments when helpful for patients, but an in-person appointment may be needed in the future. Dr. Conway, ND is only able to treat residents of British Columbia.

Return Visit

30 mins ($105)

This appointment is for reviewing lab work or following up on and adjusting treatments. This type of visit can also be booked to discuss new health concerns for existing patients. A phone discussion or virtual consultation may be appropriate to discuss and address ongoing treatments. In-clinic appointments should be booked if there is a new health concern for existing patients.

Acupuncture Visit

45 mins ($110)

An acupuncture visit includes a brief check-in before treatment. The majority of time will be spent in a quiet room during the treatment. New health concerns require a Return Visit.

IV Therapy initial visit

30 minS ($175-235)

This appointment is to assess the indication and safety of intravenous (IV) nutrient therapy. There will be a detailed health assessment and discussion about IV therapy. Lab work will be performed at this appointment to ensure that subsequent IV therapy treatments are tailored and safe.

IV therapy is not done during the initial visit as lab screening is required and it typically takes 48 hours for return of test results.

IV Therapy Visit

30-120 minS ($145-250)

This appointment is for patients who have been prescribed IV therapy and have already had the health screen and lab screening done. Ensure to eat and hydrate well before this visit and follow the guide given to you at the IV Therapy Initial Visit.

LAB TESTING

Laboratory testing is often a crucial step in determining the correct diagnosis and understanding the best course of treatment. Testing options and pricing will be discussed in detail during appointments. All laboratory testing is paid for privately. Functional laboratory testing is often covered by extended medical plans and can be submitted for coverage after receipt of payment (Dr Conway does not direct bill extended health insurance).

Naturopathic prescriptions (supplements, natural medicines) are often recommended as part of treatment. Some hands-on treatments have associated fees. Please be aware these additional costs are rarely covered by extended medical plans unless you have a health spending account.
